Reason for the revision

In the real estate business, sales of completed properties, properties acquired for resale, and newly built condominiums scheduled for completion and delivery in the fourth quarter of the consolidated fiscal year are expected to fall significantly short of plan due to weaker consumer sentiment resulting from rising prices and interest rates. A decrease of approximately ¥1,630 million in net sales and approximately ¥220 million in operating profit is expected. In the medical services business, delays in the operational improvement of medical corporations have increased the likelihood that the recoverable amount of operating loans will fall below the estimate, and the allowance for doubtful accounts at the end of the fiscal year is expected to increase. A decrease of approximately ¥650 million in operating profit is expected.

Previous-period resultsNet sales ¥12,887 million, operating profit ¥529 million, ordinary profit ¥474 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent ¥345 million, and earnings per share ¥90.55 (fiscal year ended June 2025)
