Items this document does not state (10)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue increased due to a rise in the number of projects under construction and strong development sales. The gross profit margin declined because of the decrease in the number of contract orders, and operating income decreased as a result of the decline in gross profit. SG&A expenses increased, mainly because personnel expenses rose with the increase in the number of employees. The decrease in contract orders was attributed to prioritizing project formation and proposals for new projects following a substantial increase in orders received in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year.
