Items this document does not state (13)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In addition to a decline in made-to-order production volumes due to changes in market conditions and customer demand, the company has continued to report operating losses, while manufacturing costs have risen as a result of higher energy prices and labor costs, making it difficult to foresee an improvement in profitability. From the perspectives of restructuring our business portfolio, optimally allocating management resources, and enhancing the corporate value of our group, we have determined that the transfer of the equity interest is the most reasonable course of action.
