The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to facilitate the relocation of the head office because the lease for the current head office expires at the end of March 2027 and the premises must be vacated, as well as to improve the efficiency of business activities and the commuting convenience of employees. The dividend policy is based on investing in growth areas, maintaining financial soundness, and providing stable returns to shareholders. The director candidates are considered necessary for enhancing corporate value over the medium to long term and for executing and achieving the Second Medium-Term Management Plan.
