「To ensure achievement of the goals of “SV2028” and pursue the vision of “contributing to solving society’s challenges and creating smiles for people and the planet,” we established the SV2028 Achievement Committee in 2025 to accelerate management decision-making and strengthen the autonomy of business execution. We appointed leaders responsible for achieving three key targets—① operating profit of ¥9 billion, ② PBR of at least 1x, and ③ enhancement of human capital—and newly assigned executive officers to oversee each business segment to strengthen strategic capabilities and expertise in the market. The SV2028 Achievement Committee meets monthly to share information and improve day-to-day execution in each area of responsibility.」
