「Under the company's internal structure for promoting sustainability, the sustainability officer oversees activities, while the Sustainability Promotion Department (Corporate Planning Office), together with sustainability representatives from each business division, formulates policies for sustainability-related activities, communicates those policies throughout the group, monitors progress and conducts external communications. In principle, the sustainability officer reports to the board of directors once a year on the group's overall sustainability activities and receives its review.」
