「The group's operations are subject to various laws and regulations concerning food quality, hygiene and labeling, including the Food Safety Basic Act, Food Sanitation Act, Act on Japanese Agricultural Standards and Proper Labeling of Agricultural and Forestry Products (JAS Act), and Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.
