The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The decline in net sales resulted from a sales strategy focused on brand strength and profitability, as well as a more selective distribution network. The increase in operating profit was driven by profitability improvement measures, including logistics cost reductions. Cash was generated through inventory optimization and the optimization of the number of SKUs and production cycles. The increase in net income was attributable to improved profitability and an increase in deferred tax assets.
