The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. After comprehensively considering the stock price trend following the suspension of exercise, the urgency of the financing, the early redemption of the Third Series Unsecured Corporate Bonds and the application of funds to working capital, and after discussions with EVO FUND, the company determined that financing through exercise could be resumed, although the stock price remains near the minimum exercise price.
