「To obtain more accurate management information and disclose quarterly consolidated financial statements appropriately, 18 consolidated subsidiaries, including TOYOTA BOSHOKU BRASIL Ltda., Toyota Boshoku (China) Co., Ltd., Tianjin Yingtai Automotive Trim Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Yingta Automotive Trim Co., Ltd. and Toyota Boshoku Russia, together with Tianjin Huafeng Automotive Decoration Co., Ltd., an equity-method affiliate, have changed from preparing interim accounts as of the consolidated closing date to being consolidated using that method from the first quarter of the current fiscal year. In addition, TB Kawashima USA, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary, changed its fiscal year-end from 31 December to 31 March for the same purpose.」
