In vitro diagnostic products will be added, and genetic analysis and other physicochemical analysis and specimen testing will be newly included. As 10 years have passed since the transition to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, Articles 1 and 2 of the supplementary provisions of the Articles of Incorporation concerning exemptions from liability and related matters will be deleted.
