Details of organizational changes
The New Business Development Department will be reorganized as the New Business Development Headquarters. The Corporate Philosophy Promotion and D&I Headquarters will be renamed the Corporate Philosophy Promotion and Human Resources Strategy Headquarters. The Quality Control Department will be renamed the Quality and Safety Management Department, with a Quality Assurance Group and a Quality Control Group newly established under it. The Store Hygiene Enhancement Group will be renamed the Store Hygiene Management Group and transferred under the Quality and Safety Management Department. The Site Development Department will be split into the East Japan Site Development Department, West Japan Site Development Department and Site Strategy Department. The Store Development Department will be split into the Store Development Department and Store Construction Department. All groups under the Site Development Department and Store Development Department will be abolished. The Specialty Stores and New Business Formats Division will be abolished, and its blocks will be transferred to and reorganized into the Yakiniku Division, Marugen Division, Yuzu-an Division and Yakitatenokarubi Division. The East Japan Block and West Japan Block under the Yakiniku Division will each be split into 2 blocks, and the Central Japan Block will be abolished.
