    「To strengthen oversight functions by making the evaluation and decision-making processes concerning the nomination and compensation of directors more transparent and objective, and to further enhance the corporate governance framework, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting on 28 January 2020 to establish the Rules of the Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee, hereinafter the "Rules," as a deliberative and advisory body concerning the nomination and compensation of management, and to establish the Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee, hereinafter the "Compensation Committee."」
