「㈱VASILY operates fashion media, including the IQON service, which allows users to freely combine fashion items from more than 200 e-commerce sites to create outfits, as well as providing contract development of software and other products. Its development team also has strong technical capabilities in machine learning and image recognition using AI (artificial intelligence), developed through the creation of these services. We believed that applying ㈱VASILY's accumulated development expertise to our businesses would enable further growth, and therefore made VASILY a wholly owned subsidiary.」
On 31 October 2017, the company acquired VASILY shares and made it a wholly owned subsidiary with 100% of voting rights.
