The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The fiscal year ended February 2026 saw lower revenue and lower profit because revenue from certain large-scale projects was recognized in the following fiscal year upon customer acceptance, while upfront costs were incurred to expand the development structure in preparation for large-scale projects and to improve product quality and expand functionality. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the Company expects higher revenue and higher profit due to growth in its SaaS-based services, development revenue recognized in the following fiscal year, and the recognition of revenue corresponding to upfront costs.
