As a result, revenue and profit declined for the fiscal year ended February 2026, but monthly SaaS-based revenue grew, and substantial increases in revenue and profit are expected for the fiscal year ending February 2027, including from the recognition of revenue from large projects.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Following discussions with the audit firm, the timing of revenue recognition for certain large projects was changed from the current fiscal year to when the projects are accepted by customers, shifting revenue and profit scheduled for the current fiscal year into the following fiscal year. In addition, advance costs for expanding the development structure in preparation for large projects and for product development were recognized in the current fiscal year.
