Reason for the revision

In the Staffing and Placement segment, net sales fell below the forecast due to the growing adoption of AI in offices and intensifying competition. In the Media segment, the Company maintained growth through deeper sales activities with agencies, but results fell short of the initial forecast, causing consolidated net sales to fall below the forecast. Meanwhile, the Company controlled expenses including IT investments, recruitment advertising, outsourcing and recruitment costs, reducing selling, general and administrative expenses by more than the decline in profit resulting from the decrease in net sales. This was in addition to unexpected subsidy income and recoveries of amounts previously written off as bad debts.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended March 2025: consolidated net sales of ¥11,214 million, consolidated operating profit of ¥323 million, consolidated ordinary profit of ¥325 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥195 million, and earnings per share of ¥83.68
