「The Group has entered the hotel operations business to supply a pipeline of high-quality projects to the CREAL online real estate fund marketplace and CREAL PRO, an asset management service for institutional investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. In the hotel operations business, it is focusing particularly on long-stay apartment hotels for inbound visitors, and TAT has extensive experience in developing and operating this type of hotel. Through the business alliance agreement and the conversion of TAT into an equity-method affiliate, the two companies intend to share their hotel operating expertise and project information and achieve substantial growth in the hotel operations business beyond what the Group could achieve on its own.」
The Group entered the hotel operations business to supply a project pipeline to CREAL and CREAL PRO, focusing on long-stay apartment hotels for inbound visitors. It states that the newly established クリアルホテルズ株式会社 will be included in the scope of consolidation and that TAT is planned to become an equity-method affiliate through the acquisition of shares scheduled for 2 December 2024, at an acquisition price of ¥744 million and a post-acquisition ownership ratio of 22.22%. The policy is to share the two companies' hotel operating expertise and project information and use them to drive growth in the hotel operations business.
