The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

For the fiscal year ended March 2026, earnings increased because rights adjustments in corporate real estate sales progressed ahead of schedule and enabled sales to be completed, while costs were controlled in the detached housing business by reviewing materials and product specifications. On the other hand, condominium supply declined from 8 projects and 237 units in the fiscal year ended March 2025 to 5 projects and 119 units in the fiscal year ended March 2026. An extraordinary loss related to goodwill and higher tax expenses also contributed to the declines in revenue and net income.
