The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the office expansion, the company reviewed the intended use of space, including in-house classrooms, and determined that the required capacity could be accommodated at its existing locations, thereby optimizing the timing of the investment. For the overseas business, the company will restrain investment for the time being in light of progress at its Singapore branch while continuing test marketing. At the same time, because domestic training demand remains firm, the reduced funds will be reallocated to advertising and promotion expenses to strengthen earnings potential by raising awareness and acquiring prospective customers.
