The number of shares to be disposed of corresponds to the number of shares expected to be delivered to eligible officers during the 3 fiscal years from the fiscal year beginning 1 April 2026 through the fiscal year beginning 1 April 2028, and the Company determined that the resulting dilution is reasonable in light of the purpose of the plan.
