Reason for the revision

During the current interim consolidated period, sales in the frozen foods segment and other businesses are expected to fall below forecasts due to growing consumer awareness of the need to reduce food expenses amid rising prices. As a result of the decline in net sales and delays in passing higher costs through to prices, among other factors, the Company is expected to report a loss. The full-year forecast has been revised downward due to lower sales in the frozen foods segment and other businesses, an overall decline in sales, and higher costs, including raw material prices.
