「In September 2022, we reached a basic agreement with JFE Engineering Corporation on a “multi-site integrated energy network service.” Scheduled to begin in April 2024, the service will distribute electricity generated by equipment installed by JFE Engineering Corporation at the site of House Foods Co., Ltd.’s Shizuoka Plant to domestic affiliates and offices. Electricity sharing across 8 companies and 17 sites in the same corporate group would be among the largest in Japan by number of sites.」
