「The Group is incorporating technology and expertise developed in real-world combat conditions in Ukraine and advancing the development and commercialization of interceptor drones. In March 2026, through its subsidiary Terra Inspectioneering, the Group made a strategic investment in Amazing Drones LLC, which develops and manufactures interceptor drones in Ukraine, and announced the rocket-type interceptor drone Terra A1 jointly with the company. In April 2026, the Group also announced a strategic investment in WinnyLab LLC, which develops fixed-wing interceptor drones in Ukraine, and the rollout of the fixed-wing interceptor drone Terra A2 for wide-area, long-range air defense. In addition, the Group completed development and testing of Terra A1 Autonomous, an autonomous AI interceptor drone developed based on Terra A1, including AI-based target acquisition, autonomous navigation and autonomous tracking, and began its market rollout.」
