Continuing in office as Director
To date, the Company has been led by President and Representative Director Tanaka Kohei (田中 耕平) and Executive Vice President and Representative Director Nakagawa (中川), achieving steady growth centered on its consulting business while establishing a co-development-based JI consulting model originating from its AI business and building the foundation for the Company's growth. Going forward, in preparation for the transition to a further stage of growth, the Company will promote the systematization and global rollout of management methodologies developed in Japan, advance the sophistication of businesses centered on AI, and pursue sustainable and non-linear growth. In light of this business environment and growth strategy, Fukuda Hiroki (福田 浩基) will be newly appointed President and Representative Director to strengthen the management team. Tanaka Kohei (田中 耕平) will focus on management strategy, global strategy and M&A, lead the realization of the Company's medium- to long-term growth, and pursue non-linear growth by creating new growth opportunities. In addition, the Company has introduced a rotating system for Representative Directors to establish partnership-based management, continuously develop next-generation management talent, including in-house succession planning, and create a management structure that is not dependent on any specific individual. This change is being implemented as part of that initiative. Under a multiple-Representative-Director structure, it will ensure decentralized decision-making and management flexibility while strengthening management continuity and governance.
