| Matter Covered | Introduction of a Shareholder Benefit Program |
| Decision-Making Body | Board of Directors |
| Decision Date | 19 October 2026 |
| Implementation Date | Scheduled to begin with the record date of 31 January 2027. The long-term holding benefit bonus will be provided from the record date of 31 January 2028. |
| Period Covered | A program based on the shareholder register as of 31 January each year. The continuous holding periods are 1 year or more but less than 2 years, or 2 years or more. |
| Amount | Basic benefit allocation: capped at ¥10 million in total. Long-term holding benefit bonus allocation: capped at ¥10 million in total. Initial commemorative benefit bonus allocation: ¥10 million. Combined cap for the basic benefit and long-term holding benefit bonus: ¥20 million. Per-shareholder caps are ¥5,000 for the basic benefit, ¥5,000 for a continuous holding period of 1 year or more but less than 2 years under the long-term holding benefit bonus, and ¥10,000 for a continuous holding period of 2 years or more. There is no cap on the initial commemorative benefit bonus. |
| Quantity / scale | Eligible shareholders must hold 1,000 or more shares (10 trading units). For purposes of determining continuous shareholding, a period of 1 year or more but less than 2 years requires the same shareholder number to appear for 3 to 4 consecutive record dates, while a period of 2 years or more requires appearances for 5 or more consecutive record dates. In both cases, the shareholder must hold at least 1,000 shares on every occasion. |
| Reason | To express appreciation for shareholders’ continued support and encourage them to hold the Company’s shares over the medium to long term. |
| Future plans | The basic benefit and commemorative benefit bonus will be provided to shareholders as of the record date of 31 January 2027, who will be eligible for the initial distribution. The long-term holding benefit bonus will be provided from the record date of 31 January 2028. QUO Card Pay is scheduled to be sent within approximately 3 months of the record date. |
