Reason for the revision

In response to the further uncertainty surrounding recent global conditions and the financial environment, the Company decided to complete ahead of schedule its capital recycling strategy for acquired real estate held for sale, in order to address the risk that high-margin projects planned for the second half would be pushed into the following fiscal year. As a result, securing exit routes for the balance-sheet utilization projects to be recognized in the current fiscal year clarified the earnings outlook.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended August 2025: net sales of ¥2,555 million, operating income of ¥612 million, ordinary income of ¥598 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥445 million, and net income per share of ¥110.46
Dividend forecast revisionNo change at this time. However, the Company will consider its options flexibly, including an increase in the dividend, based on progress in the second half.
