「In July 2022, we established the Sustainability Committee to address sustainability issues, including climate-related issues. With the Representative Director and President serving as committee chair, we have established a structure that facilitates final decision-making and reporting to the Board of Directors and makes it easier to integrate climate-related issues into management. Going forward, we will prioritize identifying and assessing climate-related issues based on the TCFD framework and considering management strategies based on those assessments.」
