The Company will provide repair services to affected customers
The technical labor charge will be half the standard technical labor charge (the base labor charge and the Company's purchase-discount labor charge). On-site service charges and parts costs will be charged at the standard rates. For products brought in for repair and cases in which on-site repairs are discontinued, the diagnostic fee and on-site service charge will be waived.
