「なお、系統用蓄電池事業においては、2026年1月28日付「資本業務提携に関するお知らせ」にて公表の通り、台湾の大手蓄電池事業者であるRecharge Power社と資本業務提携契約を締結し、投資総額約150億円の規模でRecharge Power社及び同社の子会社にて開発した国内の系統用蓄電所を取得し、主に自社保有により運営することを計画しております。2026年7月30日付「連結子会社による固定資産の取得（系統用蓄電所）に関するお知らせ」にて公表の通り、当該資本業務提携にもとづき、Recharge Power社の国内子会社より荘川蓄電所を取得し、2026年12月の稼働開始を予定していることから、早期の収益貢献が可能であると見込んでおります。」
