Disclosure regarding the going concern assumption

A description of events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the going-concern assumption is included. Although the Company recognizes challenges related to business rehabilitation and financing, it has determined that no material uncertainty regarding the going-concern assumption exists, supported by short-term borrowing facilities from financial institutions and management support from AEON as necessary. No matters requiring disclosure are included in the notes regarding the going-concern assumption itself.
