「Effective 1 September 2025, we implemented an absorption-type company split under which our company became the splitting company and Adastria Co., Ltd., our wholly owned subsidiary, became the successor company, referred to below as “New Adastria.” We transferred to New Adastria all rights and obligations relating to every business except the businesses involving group management and group operations, and our Group transitioned to a holding company structure.」
