The Company determined that the expertise of each of the 4 newly notified independent officers can be applied to the Company's management or their duties as Audit and Supervisory Committee members, that they meet the Tokyo Stock Exchange's requirements for independent officers, and that there is no risk of a conflict of interest with general shareholders.
