As it proceeds with a Series B financing through a private placement of new shares to be subscribed for by multiple investors, the company has decided to conduct a private placement of new shares to Nissay Capital No. 15 Investment Limited Partnership and TBS Innovation Partners No. 3 Investment Limited Partnership and to transfer some of the shares in the company held by us to those partnerships.」
