The produce sales-floor development support business, however, fell short of its plan, with implementation costs incurred ahead of revenue. In the Agricultural Support Business, revenue increased, mainly in the organic produce sales business, but profitability was temporarily affected by front-loaded investment costs in apple production and adjustments to sweet potato transaction volumes.
