Reason for the revision

Revenue is expected to fall below the previous forecast due to changes in the advertising placement policies of certain advertisers in the performance-based advertising business, "affiliate marketing." Operating profit and ordinary profit are expected to decline because of the lower-than-expected revenue, despite the effect of expense reductions. Net income is also expected to fall below the previous forecast for the reasons stated above, despite recording a gain on the sale of fixed assets as extraordinary income. The impact of the transfer of the PMS business through a company split is considered immaterial.
