Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

In disability employment support services, companies’ efforts to employ people with disabilities became more active, resulting in a significant increase in equipment sales, while deliveries were also brought forward. In wide-area government BPO services, orders for spot work related to measures to address higher prices and other matters increased. In environmental management support services, there were no large-scale sales of carbon credits, and deliveries of consulting services were concentrated in the second half of the fiscal year. In staffing services, the number of personnel deployed as construction management engineers declined, resulting in lower revenue.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Steady performance in disability employment support services and wide-area government BPO services offset the decline in revenue from staffing services. Meanwhile, profit declined in environmental management support services due in part to the reaction to the temporary increase in revenue in the previous fiscal year.
