「We will expand revenue from businesses outside our existing operations by entering the babysitting business, leveraging the approximately 6,700 childcare employees working at the Group’s childcare facilities, including approximately 3,700 childcare workers, approximately 2,000 after-school program instructors, and approximately 200 nurses.」

The policy of entering the babysitting business by leveraging existing childcare personnel and operational expertise is presented for the first time as a standalone theme.
