「Sales from restaurant promotional services fell to 21.1% of the year-earlier level in the first quarter, due to billing reductions and inactive-status measures implemented to support the continued operations of member restaurants, as well as a decline in online reservations accompanying lower demand for dining out. Although billing to restaurants resumed in the second quarter, sales recovered only gradually to 50.9% of the year-earlier level, as member withdrawals and reductions in contracted amounts due to worsening cash-flow conditions and other factors occurred at above-normal levels, while the recovery in demand for dining out stalled amid the renewed spread of infection.」
