「We view investment in maintaining and promoting employee health as contributing to employee vitality and productivity, and address health management from a management perspective. As a Group-wide health initiative, we focus on mental health by conducting stress checks. To prevent mental health conditions, we provide self-care education through training, establish an anonymous consultation service operated by a third-party organization, identify employees experiencing high stress through stress checks and provide follow-up, including consultations with physicians.」
