Selling, general and administrative expenses also increased due to investments in human capital, including recruitment and wage increases. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the company plans to promote high-value-added services, digital advertising, new services using generative AI, appropriate adjustments to sales prices, and customer development in the fitness, housing-related and franchise fields, based on the assumption that advertising will shift from print media to the internet.
