「Nippon Preventive Medicine Co., Ltd. has entered into a master manufacturing, outsourcing and procurement agreement with Global Beauty Technology Co., Ltd., a group company of 高浪控股股份有限公司, covering the manufacture and procurement of supplements and other health supplements for the Chinese and broader Asian markets. Together with the 高浪控股股份有限公司 group, which has e-commerce expertise and sales channels in China and other Asian markets, the Company will develop new health supplements tailored to the needs of the Asian market and expand sales channels for its health supplements business in Asia.」
Separately from its policy of withdrawing from the Chinese cosmetics market, the Company has indicated a policy of expanding into the joint development, manufacturing and procurement of health supplements for Asia, as well as expanding e-commerce sales channels, through its agreement with the Takanami Group.
