「当社は、令和３年11月２日、地方自治体向けのウェブサイト管理システムの受注を巡って、オープンソースソフトウェア型のコンテンツ管理システムを導入してホームページリニューアル業務を提供する事業者の取引を妨げた疑いがあるとして、公正取引委員会による立入検査を受けておりましたが、令和４年６月30日、独占禁止法第48条の2から9までに規定する手続（確約手続）により、当社が提出した確約計画について公正取引委員会の認定を受け、本調査は終了いたしました。なお、公正取引委員会による今回の確約計画の認定は、当社が独占禁止法の規定に違反したことを認定したものではありません。」
