This correction does not constitute a change to the tender offer terms or conditions as defined in Article 27-3, paragraph 2, item 1 of the Act.
This correction follows the offeror’s receipt, on 25 May 2026 (local time), of a decision from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission that no notification was required in respect of the tender offer.
