「We entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with 株式会社OSMIC, a pioneer in smart agriculture that develops high-value-added branded fruits and vegetables and has introduced high-density microbial organic growing media and advanced environmental control systems. In connection with this alliance, we have exchanged our shares in テヌート, our former subsidiary, for shares in OSMIC, having determined that providing OSMIC with テヌート's advanced technologies, including the development and installation of localized CO2 application systems, would further enhance テヌート's corporate value. Through our business alliance with OSMIC, we will also leverage the real estate technologies and expertise we have developed to realize a “participatory agricultural theme park” together with OSMIC and テヌート.」
