The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

During the fiscal year, flow income in the Value-Add business increased as a result of enhancing the value of real estate, while higher office NOI and contributions from newly acquired properties also supported earnings. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the Company expects gains from sales of properties and subsidiaries in the Value-Add business, the realization of sales carried over from the previous fiscal year at Ichigo Owners, and higher rental income from hotel rebranding and new properties. In contrast, the Asset Management business does not include performance fees related to investment corporations, while the Clean Energy business assumes output curtailment and higher cost of sales.
