Governance structure
We conducted an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Board of Directors for FY2025 and confirmed that, while the Board's operations had improved, there was room for improvement in strategic discussions and the exchange of views from a medium- to long-term perspective. As measures for further improvement, we will review the quality of Board agenda items and the monetary thresholds for matters requiring deliberation, and enhance progress reports on key initiatives under the medium-term management plan.
