「富士フイルム株式会社 is one of our other related companies and owns 20.31% of our voting rights. As FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation is the parent company of 富士フイルム株式会社, it is also one of our other related companies and indirectly owns 20.31% of our voting rights. There are no business transactions between either company and us. In terms of personnel relationships, 1 person from 富士フイルム株式会社 also serves as one of our directors. This is intended to promote our business partnership agreement with that company, and because the number does not represent half of our directors, it does not interfere with our independent management decisions.」
The capital and business partnership with 富士フイルム, the voting-rights ownership ratios and the concurrent directorship arrangement have been reaffirmed. No new partnership measures or changes in the relationship have been disclosed. - FY2019First statedAnnual report
