The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. As its business grew, シナジーマーケティング diversified its contract structures, and its existing systems could no longer handle the individual usage-based billing processes required for its core 「Synergy!」 service. The deciding factors were the flexibility to handle multiple usage-based billing calculation patterns using standard functionality while continuing to use Salesforce as the platform, and end-to-end management from contracting through invoicing.
