インドネシア市場の粉飲料市場縮小により、MKIの業績が進出時の売上・利益目標から乖離したことを背景に、保有する51％、72,857株の全株式をKino社へ譲渡し、合弁契約を解消することを決定した。譲渡は平成31年1月14日を予定し、譲渡後の所有株式数は0株となる。今後もKino社との友好関係を保ちながら、東南アジアの菓子市場の獲得を図るとしている。
